Located in Northern Beaches, the project sits on a steep terrain and overlooks the gorgeous Pacific Ocean.

We were commissioned by the client to enhance the flow and improve access with remodelled floor layout, and adding an elevator.  During the process, we maximized site opportunities with a detailed site analysis. One of the greatest challenges of this project is the bushfire rating, which sets a limit to the selection of certain material. Nevertheless, we assisted the client obtain DA approval in less than a month!
