1 hour drive east of Canberra, this heritage land was once home to the family of William Balmain, who was a naval surgeon on the first landed during the British colony voyage to NSW. Being rundown for decades, the magnificent property was fully restored to its former glory and embraced its new life.

We were commissioned to design and manage a full scale alteration and renovation of this heritage project.
